This page sets out the full official terms and conditions and player rights that apply when using the h215 platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement that any player accessing the h215 platform (h215.run) must accept. By accessing and continuing to use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
h215 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any such change takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use the h215 platform. Access by anyone below that age is strictly prohibited. h215 reserves the right to request proof of age when necessary.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one account on h215. If a player is found to have opened more than one account to take advantage of bonuses, h215 reserves the right to close all of those accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering. Accounts opened with false or fabricated information may be closed without prior notice.
2.4 Personal Responsibility
Players are responsible for keeping their login details secure and are accountable for all activity that takes place on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Requirements
The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals at h215 is 20,000 Ks. Payments can only be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.
3.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
After all required details have been submitted, we aim to process withdrawals within 10 to 45 minutes. If verification is needed, there may be a delay.
3.3 Account Name
The payment method must match the registered name on the account. If they do not match, the withdrawal may be refused without explanation.
3.4 Currency
All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. We do not handle foreign currency exchange, so players must manage any currency conversions themselves.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
h215 offers a 200% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks on your first deposit. For example: deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Using the example above, a 40,000 Ks bonus requires 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks in wagers before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Forfeiture of Bonus
If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and winnings from that bonus will be forfeited. Only the original deposit amount can be withdrawn.
4.4 Promotion Usage
Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined — only one can be used at a time. h215 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Prohibited Actions
Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Opening multiple accounts under a single identity
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses without genuine gameplay
- Attempting money laundering
- Opening an account using another person's personal information
- Attempting to exploit software bugs
- Attempting to hack the platform
If any such activity is detected, h215 may freeze all funds and take legal action.
VIP Levels and Cashback
h215's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up based on your wagering volume and continued play.
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Cashback is credited to your account once a week if you meet the eligibility criteria. h215 reserves the right to update cashback terms at any time.
Referral Commission Program
When someone you refer makes their first deposit, h215 will credit you a bonus equal to 5% of that deposit (up to 20,000 Ks per referred friend). You will also earn 0.2% of your referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission.
If fraud or a breach of terms is found in connection with referral commissions, h215 reserves the right to claw back any commission amounts already paid.
Game Policy
8.1 Game Results
Game results on h215 are generated using fair play technology. h215 cannot be held individually responsible for those results, so disputes must be raised within 7 days of the game taking place.
8.2 Bet Cancellation
Bets that were incorrectly recorded due to a technical fault or data error may be cancelled, and the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
8.3 Disconnection
h215 is not responsible for any losses caused by a player's network disconnection during gameplay. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
Personal Information & Security
Player personal information is handled in accordance with h215's Privacy Policy. The platform uses SSL Encryption technology to keep players' financial and personal information secure.
h215 does not sell or share players' personal information with third parties — except where disclosure is required by law.
Responsible Gaming
h215 promotes responsible gaming. Gambling is an entertainment activity and should not be seen as a way to earn income. Players who feel they are losing control can use the tools listed on the Responsible Gaming page.

Account Closure
11.1 Closure by h215
If a breach of these terms and conditions is found, h215 may temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice. Any funds verified as legitimate at the time of closure will be returned.
11.2 Closure Requested by Player
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can send an email to [email protected]. The process will be carried out after clarifying details related to any remaining balance and any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements.
Limitation of Liability
h215 will not be directly or indirectly liable for any financial losses arising from players' game results, network connectivity issues, losses caused by third-party software connections, or any losses a player is personally dissatisfied with.
